musicRioja reserves the right to refuse any order placed with us.
We accept payments by credit/debit card and PayPal.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to payment processing issues.
If a package is returned to the sender (musicRioja) due to incorrect information provided by the customer (name, address, postal code, etc.), reshipment may be requested upon payment of return and new shipping costs. Otherwise, the order will be considered completed, without the right to a refund.
If you wish to modify the shipping address after placing an order, the shipping fee must be paid again, as changes cannot be made once the order has been processed.
musicRioja is not responsible for delays caused by the logistics company and reserves the right to choose another shipping provider different from the one selected, depending on the destination country.

9. Shipping and Delivery

All products are custom-made. musicRioja sets a preparation time of 1 to 5 days from the receipt of the order. Once shipped, delivery times will depend on the logistics company used.
Shipping costs are calculated and added to the total order at checkout.
The shipping company will be selected by musicRioja depending on the destination and conditions.
Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Returns and Refunds

Since all products are customizable, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
The customer must notify such incidents within 24 hours of receiving the package.

11. Warranty

musicRioja offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and materials. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, musicRioja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or data) arising from the use of the website or products.

Shipping and returns

1. Introduction

At musicRioja, we specialize in the manufacturing of customized products for brass instruments. All items are made to order, according to the specifications provided by each customer. Our website and social media channels detail the features, functionalities, and uses of our products, allowing you to make an informed purchase.

2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103(c) of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (LGDCU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
"The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized."

Therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases where the product arrives damaged due to transport. This policy applies, among others, to:

  • Custom mouthpieces with name, color, logo, or other modifications.

  • Accessories designed to measure or under specific customer request.

  • Complementary items tailored to individual needs or requirements.

  • Any product manufactured under personalized request.

3. Products Damaged During Transport

In the event of receiving a package with visible damage, the customer must:

  • Immediately notify the carrier at the time of delivery.

  • Contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Send clear photographs of the damaged packaging and affected product to hellomusicrioja@gmail.com.

  • Keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

If the damage affects the product, a claim will be filed with the transport company, and the customer will be informed of the next steps. Depending on the case, musicRioja may consider a replacement at no additional cost.
