What is a Personal Identification Number?
Personal identification number: This information is required only for international shipments outside of Europe (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). If you live outside the European Union, please provide an official ID number that can be used for customs or invoicing purposes. In countries without a national ID (such as the United States or Canada), you may enter your passport number, driver’s license number, or another official document. This number will only be used if required by customs authorities or for invoicing. If you do not wish to enter this information, simply type “NA” in the field to continue; however, you are responsible for providing the required information if customs asks for it.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide via FedEx and UPS.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
It takes us between 1 and 4 days to manufacture each custom order, so after that time, it's up to the logistics company to deliver it on time.
How much does shipping cost to my country?
Add the products you want to your cart, and on the checkout page, you'll see the shipping rates, calculated based on the products and the exact destination.
